If you cancel within 24 hours of the trip, the full booking amount is non-refundable, as we have already committed resources for your reservation.
Guests who fail to show up at the agreed departure time without prior notice are not eligible for any refund.
Your safety is our priority. If we cancel the trip due to unfavorable weather or unsafe sea conditions, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule for another date.
